When to run Guess Who Said It
Onboarding, or any week the team has just grown
It is the game that actually teaches a team something about itself. New starters learn ten real things about their colleagues in the time a coffee break takes.
A team that has been remote long enough to feel like strangers
The prompts are written for a work context and stay clear of anything nobody would want to share, but they still surface the things that never come up in a stand-up.
Rooms of twenty or fewer
The matching gets impossible above about twenty, because there are simply too many candidates per answer for the deduction to be satisfying.
