Is Fun Friday really free right now?
Yes. Every plan is free while we are in beta. We hold no payment details for you, so we cannot charge you. If we start charging, you will choose a plan and enter card details yourself, or your team moves to the Free plan. We will give plenty of notice before anything changes.
Will I be charged automatically when the beta ends?
No. We hold no payment details, so there is nothing for us to charge. When we start charging you will be asked to choose a plan and enter card details yourself; if you do not, your team moves to the Free plan and keeps read access to everything it created.
Can I try Fun Friday for free?
Yes! The free plan lets you host 2 sessions per week with up to 8 participants. No credit card required.
How do participants join a session?
Participants just need the 6-character room code. They enter a display name and they're in — no account, no download.
Do I pay per person on my team?
No. You pay one flat monthly fee as the team owner. Every team member gets full access at no extra cost — the same model as Slack or Notion.
Do I have to commit to a contract?
No. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and you can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Larger organisations can arrange invoice billing by contacting us.
